Lever up your people leadership skills

We support new, aspiring, and seasoned people managers at fast-growing companies to become empathetic and confident team leads.

Our 12-week program is laser-focused on top challenges of people leaders.

Live, virtual sessions with community learning to remind folks that they're not alone

We believe there is no substitute for human engagement. During interactive workshops, participants share, connect, and support each others' growth and development.

Neuroscience-backed curriculum focusing on practice of new skills

Our hands-on adventures and practical homework helps participants step into discomfort, try new leadership tactics with their teams or colleagues, and create new neural pathways.

Multi-touchpoint approach designed to increase self-awareness

We combine 1:1 coaching with live workshops, group discussion, role play, and tactical worksheets to use from Day 1.

12-week Mixed Cohort Program
Max 12 participants

Our monthly cohorts bring together new and aspiring managers from several high-growth companies to learn with and from each other.

This program develops the participants’ leadership styles as they establish goals, build trust, have more effective 1:1s, deliver candid feedback, practice managing real life situations, and create team operating agreements, all while building allies in other organizations.

Tailored to aspiring, first time and early career managers.

12-week Customized Program
Min 5 participants

If you’re looking for more cohesion, connection, and collaboration within your organization, then we recommend an internal, company-only cohort. This allows for us to focus on strengthening your organizational culture, as well as focus on a specific goal for your cohort"

Participants from different parts of the organization or from the same function come together to discover their leadership styles, establish goals, build trust with each other, have more effective 1:1s, deliver candid feedback, practice managing real life situations, and create team operating agreements.

90-min to multi-day workshops
Max 12 participants

We take the challenges we hear from the people managers in our cohorts and turn them into organization-wide workshops. A few examples:

- Untangling Stress: Daily Practices to Help Lower Stress and Increase Presence

- 5 Unconscious Thought Patterns that Block Your (and Your Team’s) Performance

- Re-wiring Negative Self Talk: Strategies Work and in Life
